January 14-15 / Referee clinic and the Alfred Knappe tournament

Dear FENB members,

Happy New Year, we wish you and your family a wonderful year ahead.

We are happy to invite fencers and coaches (orange and green levels) to attend a referee clinic during the Alfred Knappe tournament. We have the chance to receive M. Steven Moore-Vountas the youngest three weapons international referee in the history of Canada.

The pathway to be certified as a provincial referee will decline this way:

Phase 1: Introduction, Practical training, Preparatory theory evaluation during the Alfred Knappe tournament

Phase 2: Referee with mentorship during the 2 of those 4 tournament: (KV Open, Chaleur Open, UNB Shield or the Sword falls)

Phase 3: Evaluation during the NB Provincial Championship
