Fundy Fencing Club (FFC)

Practice times: Saturday: 12:30 to 1:30 pm    Youth beginners 14 years & under

                       Saturday: 1:30 to 2:30 pm      Mixed beginner & experienced fencers

                       Saturday: 2:30 to 4:00 pm      Private lessons by appointment

                       Sunday: 1:30 pm onwards      Private lessons by appointment

                       Tuesday: 7:00 to 8:00 pm       Mixed beginner & experienced fencers

                       Tuesday: 7:30 to 9:00 pm       Adult beginner & experienced fencers 

Program description: There is instruction from beginner to advanced skills in foil, epee and sabre for youth and adults.  Equipment is supplied for the first year.

Renforth Fencing Club (RFC)

founded in 2003 by Eric Phinney

Practice location:  Saint James the Less Church Hall, 1770 Rothesay road, Rothesay

Practice times: Sept 15th – June 15th

Mondays Instructional Classes  Coaches will determine which classes are appropriate for each individual.
6:00 pm    Beginner,  
7:00 pm    Intermediate,
8:00 pm    Intermediate/Advanced    

Thursday Bouting Sessions   
6:30 –7:30 pm  open session.   One coach will be available to organize a series of bouts for participants.  This session will be designed to meet the needs of the recreational fencer.  
7:30 – 9:00 pm  Ladies Night  This session is primarly for our senior women's group and is a combination of recreational and competitive development.

June 15th – Sept 15th   Summer sessions

Monday 7:00 – 8:30 pm  Competitive development sessions.  These sessions are available by invitation only and are for the development of competitive fencers.
Thursday 6:30- 7:30 pm   Open Drop-in to keep your skills up and have some fun
Thursday 7:30- 9:00 pm  Ladies Night    

Fees:  Summer Flex pass is available for $45 and can be used at any of the Renforth Fencing Club, or Fundy Fencing Club instructional or fencing times. Through the summer term.  Each card is good for 5 sessions.   After September 15th regular term membership rates will apply.  These will be posted in Late August.  If you plan to fence every week through the summer the regular monthly fee will apply.
